The terrific trio returns to Portugal in February, bringing its instrumental exotic psychedelia to Lisbon, Bragança, Porto, Aveiro, and Leiria.
After melting dance-floors across Europe with Bicicleta, the trio’s acclaimed debut album, the three friendly punks are back on the road — making friends everywhere, ready for new trouble.
Based between the Netherlands and Portugal, Jori Collignon draws from a borderless cultural universe. Operating between traditional and contemporary sounds, searching for human quirks in a machine-driven society, COLLIGNON lures open minds onto the dance-floor to get lost.
For the night at B.Leza (Lisbon), COLLIGNON invites Fidju Kitxora to the bonfire. After the COLLIGNON concert, Kitxora, known for uncovering the dark rave that flows like black lava across the lands of Cape Verde, merges with Jori in an original set that explores new territories.
After Lisbon, the band will miraculously pop up in Ljubljana in Slovenia to make an appearance at MENT festival, before continuing the rest of the tour.
